Subtle Mindful Yoga & Pranayama Workshop

Your Yoga instructor is the wonderful Kathryn Moynihan who is volunteering her time to run this mindful yoga workshop at Palpung Buddhist center in Banteer. All proceeds go towards the on-going renovation funds taking place at the centre.
Information on the Summer Hatha Yoga Workshop
Come practice with Kathryn Moynihan a mindful approach to the journey of yoga involving a slow journey from outer to inner and from physical/coarse to more subtle benefits. We will explore the hips and start our practice from the floor, working your hips in variations of baddha konasana. Then similar actions in a slow moving standing series. We will finish with the mindful practice of pranayama ending with a deep svasasana/relaxation and meditation.
Please bring your own ‘Yoga’ Mat and if you have a block please bring that along too.
Props Suggested: A block, a blanket and a strap. Straps will be provided.
