6 consecutive Wednesday evenings  
From  Wednesday 23rd January  to  Wednesday 27th February 7pm – 9.30pm
The course will conclude with a full day of practice  on Saturday March 2nd 10am -5pm

We don’t  meditate to have a temporary nice experience, rather we meditate so we can deal more effectively with any of life’s experiences. 
This short 7 week course will provide you with the skills you need to live your life in the here and now. It will help you to train in maintaining a steadiness in life even while there is turbulence around you . Modern life is very speedy . We absolutely need skills like meditation just to have a basic sanity in the 21st Century.
The course is primarily practice based. You will learn different meditation techniques, practicing them in a group as well as at home.
A certain amount of theory will be presented in power – point format. You will receive the slides every week as well as guided meditations to support you. 
The full day of practice on the 23rd of February will be an enjoyable  easy going and varied day.
