Tibetan New Year Celebrates

Sunday 10th February – an afternoon of celebration!
Palpung Banteer Celebrates…..
The Tibetan New Year ( female earth pig ), along with the birthday of our precious Guru, Tai Situ Pa Rinpoche (8th lunar day ) and Palpung Banteer’s 3rd Birthday!

2pm – 5.30pm Meditation, butter lamp and feast offering together with Rinpoche’s Long life prayer. There will also be a smoke offering (Riwo Sang Cho) as well as the hanging of prayer flags, sending prayers on the wind to all beings.
To celebrate and remind us of all we have accomplished as a community, a slide show of photos from the years will be shown.

No charge . You are invited to bring some food for our feast or candles / flowers / incense to offer the shrine
